Amanda Anderson


Amanda Anderson is the Victim Assistance Coordinator for the 19th District Attorney’s Office. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice at Troy University in Troy, Alabama. Amanda has also studied Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health.  Prior to joining our team, Amanda worked at two prominent law firms on the Gulf Coast as a paralegal.

Amanda is passionate about her work because she is devoted to helping our victims by supporting them, finding resources for those in need of outside assistance and making sure our victims understand every aspect of the court process as it pertains to their case.

Amanda is a resident of Ocean Springs, Mississippi where her husband, Will, and new daughter, Caroline enjoy going to the local farmers’ market and strolling through the downtown area and on the beach.”
