Nick Mobley is a native of Troy, Alabama. He received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University in 2014, and in 2018, received a Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. During law school, Nick interned for former Mississippi Supreme Court Justice Chuck McRae. Prior to joining the District Attorney’s Office, Nick began his legal career as an associate attorney at Copeland, Cook, Taylor & Bush, P.A., in Ridgeland, Mississippi, where he practiced insurance defense. Nick is a member of the Mississippi Bar and is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts within the State of Mississippi, as well as the Tribal Court of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. Nick resides in Ocean Springs with his wife, Taylor.
