16005 Hardwood Place/ St. Martin: Randy Jones reported a suspicious vehicle parked in the woods west of his neighbor’s house. Vehicle was discovered to be stolen out of Escambia County, FL.
15625 Ben Road/St. Martin: Christeen Dunlap Khapra reported a residential burglary with items stolen by unknown suspect(s).
15804 Belmont Drive / Saint Martin: Deputies responded to a call of a stolen lawn mower at 15804 Belmont Drive.
6708 Woodlake Lane / Saint Martin: Mr. William Burgamy reported that he was being stalked by his neighbor.
3412 Rouses Marina Rd./Vancleave: Lori McKee reports receiving harassing letters from Nathanial Cochran. The letters appeared to be civil process in reference to a custody hearing in regards to their minor children.
8500 Bayou Cumbest Rd./Stateline: David Buchanan reports that the 3 vehicles and several people were breaking into this business across the street from his residence. Deputies located the vehicles and detained 1 adult, Morgan Sumrall, and 11 minors. CID notified and responded.
16307 Lake Dr. E/Vancleave: Pelham McNeese reports that 2 of his vehicles were broken into.
20808 Baria Rd / Hurley: Terri Noble reported two wallets were stolen out of her vehicle sometime between 1100 hours on July 3, 2019 and 1300 hours on July 4, 2019.
Studio 601 Barber Shop / Saint Martin: Deputies took a complaint of a verbal argument.
Dantzler Street/Moss Point: Krystyn Dill was arrested for a warrant through Harrison County during a suspicious person call.
15710 Cruthirds Rd./ St. Martin: Colton Williams reported Wyatt Graupe, Michael Alvaleaz, and Kenny Le set fire to the grass in the ditch in front of Abigail Williams’ residence.
Main Station walk in/: RIta Taylor reported Memorial Hospital advised her someone received treatment at their facility using her identity and insurance.
10910 Foxridge, Vancleave: Herman Bellais reported his neighbor's dog caused damage to his vehicle.
14104 West El Bonito Drive/St. Martin: Fred Gast reported a vehicle had run over his mailbox.
7350 Tucker Road Apartment 317/Saint Martin: Deputies responded to a call of domestic violence that occurred on 07/04/2019.
Highway 614 @ Brown's Bridge/Hurley: Charles Miller reported his son's 01 Jeep Wrangler was broken into at Brown's Bridge, not aware of any items taken at this time.
15620 Alan Street Biloxi (St. Martin): Packard Amos Brandon reported his roommate’s girlfriend, April Marie Dramble, destroyed his laptop and stole personal items from their apartment.
8716 Pine Grove Rd/Vancleave: Jason Blackledge was arrested for Petit Larceny after finding him on a bike that was reported stolen.
15521 Old River Rd. Loop/Vancleave: James Geautreax reports the theft a window unit AC.
Sheffield St./St. Martin: The yard of an abandoned house was on fire. Fire responded and extinguished the flames.
10308 Glass Lane/Vancleave: Shannon Wilson reports that 2 ears of corn were discovered near the door of the loft where her daughter, Alyssa Smith, sleeps. Joseph Garlotte is suspected of leaving it.
5501 Haley Circle/Stateline: Joseph Landreth and Christie Harris report being assaulted by Michael Lindsey, Jada Franklin, and Wesley Parker. Both victims were transported to Singing River Hospital.
8516 Hwy 613/Escatawpa: Leonard Bivins reports being assaulted by his ex- girlfriend, Tira Brown, and her stealing his car keys.
12800 Hwy 57 Lot 14 (White Sands RV Park)/Vancleave: Brittney Allen reports being assaulted by her husband, Brandon Allen. Brandon was GOA.
Poticaw Bayou near Joey Lane/Vancleave: John Stingfellow was found deceased from a single vehicle crash. Traffic Units responded.
12004 Highway 57/ Vancleave substation: Lloyd English reported that someone damaged his vehicle sometime this past week.
3221 Riverbend/ Escatawpa: Amanda Rodriguez reported someone stole her Florida ID card and social security card yesterday between 0600 and 1545 hours on July 5.
8805 Spring Ave/G.P.E.: Michael Babli reported the theft of two bicycles from his home sometime overnight July 5.
2109 Napoleon Street Unit B; St. Martin: James Martino reported his ex-wife, Brittany Suzanne Burns, was at his residence creating a disturbance. Burns was on scene upon arrival and trespassed from the property.
11880 Chatsworth Road/Stateline: Jason Ladnier reported William Clayton continues to trespass on a private road he shares with Nestor Perez Villegas.
11001 Highway 57 (Honey Hole Gas Station)/Vancleave: Laurie Claxton reported two unknown individuals caused damage to the female's bathroom, by breaking the sink.
13102 Oak Haven Road/Escatawpa; Robin Owens reported Brandon Wilson took her 2008 Red Chevy Silverado (JG13835) without returning it after she let him work on it.
21520 Johnson Branch Trail/Wade: Billy Eugene Stork reported his daughter Dixie Lynn Culpepper missing. Stork stated no one has heard from her since May 25, 2019. Culpepper was listed on N.C.I.C.
8500 Bayou Cumbest Road/State Line: Mr. David Fisher Buchanan reported there were three vehicles stopped at the building across the road from his residence. Unknown person kicked the door open to the front of the building. Mr. Buchanan stated a light come on inside of the building but he could not identify the suspects.
7512 Hammond, Sarah Rene Brown reported her landlord, identified by her as Mr. Willie, damaged the home she was renting from him and took all of her belongings.
14104 Big Ridge Apartment 532/St. Martin: Daniel Hardy reported his Nintendo Switch stolen from a friend's apartment during a 4th of July party.
Lake Mars Pier/Gulf Park Estates: An unknown subject or subjects caused damage to a trash barrel by throwing fireworks into one of the trash cans at the end of Lake Mars Pier near the pier, causing the barrel and the wooden fence around the barrel to completely burn down.
On July 5, 2019, at approximately 0405 hours, Investigator Philip Pearson was notified by
Lieutenant Destiny Allen, in reference to an aggravated assault victim being at Merit Health
Hospital, located at 151 Reynoir Street, Biloxi. Pearson spoke with Officer Rodgerick
Wiggins, Biloxi Police Department, who spoke with the victim, Jason Jakimczuk, while at the
hospital. Jakimczuk was being treated for a brain bleed.

15825 Albany Drive, St. Martin: Damon Lemar McLaurin was arrested for disorderly conduct, FTC, simple assault by threat and possession of paraphernalia while conducting a welfare check at the address.
10524 Hwy. 613 (Mabry’s)/Escatawapa: Raymond Hayden was arrested during a traffic stop for possession of a controlled substance, being methamphetamine and a warrant through the City of Moss Point. MET notified.
3601 Ingalls/ Pascagoula: Cederic Moody was arrested for warrants after calling for help unlocking a vehicle.
7900 Hwy 57/ Vancleave: Rex Cowart was taken into custody for public drunk after an unknown reporting party contacted the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department. Rex was also issued a possession of paraphernalia citation.
I-10 Westbound off ramp/ St. Martin: Keshawnta Williams was arrested for DUI 1st after attempting to get on I-10 eastbound on the westbound off ramp.
Barge Landing: Joe Landrum was arrested for possession of stolen property while checking a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was stolen from a dealership out of Diberville.
7521 Washington Avenue/St. Martin: Timothy Delancey was arrested for public intoxication at 7521 Washington Ave. (Wendy's).
15825 Albany Drive/St. Martin: Damon Lemar McLaurin was arrested for disorderly conduct, simple assault by threat, and possession of paraphernalia while conducting a welfare check at that address.
10630 Forts Lake Road/Stateline: After responding to a suspicious person call, Brian Charles Olsen was arrested for public drunk.
Jean St/Dantzler St: Moss Point: Krystyn Dill was arrested on a NCIC warrant through Harrison County for credit card fraud.
Washington Ave/ Sub Station: Biloxi Police arrested Rebecca Causey for a warrant through Jackson County Sheriff's Department for contempt of court.
10501 Presley's Outing/Stateline: Cody Nyman was arrested for public profanity after responding to a general complaint at Presley's Outing.
11021 Stiglor Hill Rd./St. Martin: Scott Alan McMillon was arrested for Simple Assault Domestic Violence after deputies responded to a man with a knife call.
